Art Category: 1980s and 90s

In the 80’s I attended a workshop given by Sharon Kagan. There, listing to words/ meditations/ music. we drew with our sub-dominant hands and with our eyes closed, feeling the edges of the paper. I found this a wonderful way to break out of my “adult” way of drawing. If a drawing looked interesting to me I continued working on it with oil pastels. The sizes of works range from 11×14” to 16×20″ and 20×20”.
